Hello,

I have 2 SIP trunks (trunk 1 and trunk 2) and extensions 1xx and 2xx. I know that I can specify an "Outbound Caller ID" per extension but is there a way to map the extension to the SIP trunk so 1xx would display CID of Trunk 1 and 2xx CID of Trunk 2?

You set the caller id on the SIP trunk and then you use outbound rules to determine which extension/call goes out which trunk

https://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/outbound-rules-a-complete-example/

I tried adding an outbound rule setting "Calls from extension(s)" to my extension and Route 1 to trunk 1 but that didn't work :( I wonder if outbound rules are somehow different than setting Outbound caller ID per extension? I am using Flowroute, is it possible 3CX is sending CID differently?

nvm, found my issue. I had another rule that was overwriting it

Always a point to remember, the first rule to match is the one that will be used, even if that's not the rule you originally intended, so change the order of the rules accordingly if needed.
