Speech-To-Text "v2" for audio transcriptions?

Hello,

We got comments that the speech-to-text was pretty poor sometimes (mostly in French).

I noticed that there is a V2 of the API, but it seems only the V1 is used (besides a single manual use I did as a test)


As you can see, only the v1 is used.

Is there a way to use the V2?

Seems V2 is also cheaper to use
