SSH Access AWS

Hi!

I have some 3cx systems installed on AWS with the official AMI. Now we migrated them from v18 to v20 and I found some problems with the access. I'm trying to access to the Logs folder "/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Logs" and it seems I don't have rights. It gets stuck trying to enter in "3cxpbx" folder. I've check the rights and seems correct "drwxr-x---" with the user "phonesystem".
Have been some changes on the Debian? Also I don't know the sudo password to modify the rights. I enter with the keyroot provided by AWS.

If this can help, I have another one installed in a phisical server and it works fine!

Anyone with the same problem?

Please do not modify the rights on the filesystem, otherwise your PBX will not be able to read or write anythig to the disk and you will have bigger problems!

To get the logs, it might be easier just to download the Support info package which contains all the logs.

Yes, I know the option of download from de dashboard. But while I'm debugging it's not practical, before the update I colud follow the log files in real time. Even in a v20 machine installed on my server it's possible.
I don't want to change the rights.

AWS uses keys for SSH, so you shouldn't need a password.

If you do need one, you can change the root password with "sudo passwd root".

Otherwise, simply logging as root once the connection is established with "sudo su -" should allow you to access the logs without changing permissions.
