Solved SSL Cert Won't Renew

Our FQDN is provided by 3CX and our cert won't renew. I've tried refreshing license info, everything is fine. I've tried running the update command per the guide, no luck. Restarted server and services, nothing.

Hi,

If you are on any version older than V18 U2 then this will no longer be possible because the old activation servers were retired a while back.

Your only solution would be to take a backup, and install the latest version of V18.

Try setting the Primary/First DNS Server of the NIC of the machine to be 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS).

Restart the machine and then try to press the "Refresh License Key Information" button, then wait 24h and see if the cert will renew.
