Hello all

We have a 3CX server v 20 with an external adress created during the installation (https://caa.3cx.sc/) .
Last year the SSL certificate (i think) was renewed automatically. However now since october, this certificate is now expired.
Is there any possiblity to launch an automatic renewal or do i have to do it manually. If so , is there any easy step by step to follow
to arrange this .

Best regards
Toby

Is it an 3cx fqdn or your own?

Where is it installed? Which version? Firewallcheck ok?

Im bumping this threat. In fact, the problem was never solved as we are only running it internally. However i saw now that in v20 i will not be able to access anymore. The server is caa.3cx.sc . Its created with the 3CX setup. Firewall checker works well, but the certificate is not updated. What im looking for is if its possible to manually launch a certificate update as it is a domain that was created by 3CX during the installation.

Best regards
Toby
