Solved SSL CERTIFICATE RENEW ISSUE

Hello experts,
i use 3cx phone system 18 update 8 and my certificate is expired since 15 October 2023. That make phonebook unavailable for phones.
I allow access to :

• activate.3cx.com
• downloads-global.3cx.com

but it is not working!
Help please

Hi, could you please check that in the file /etc/resolv.conf you just have the google dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, apply the changes and wait till the next day that the system tries to renew the certificates.

Also since this is an On Premise installation, check that no ssl inspection, or DPI is being in use in that network.

for resolution, i think it is good because i am working on windows and i can ping correctly activate.3cx.com as you can see above:

For inspection, i just disable it. But it's not working for the moment.​

set the google dns as primary and then let the system the next day try to renew the certificates.
