SSL certificates error

today the certificate of type example.my3x.es expired and it was not renewed automatically, instance information:

Host OS: Debian
DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 9.9.9.9
Firewall: All tests passed

Hi Leon,

The system periodically attempts to update them and will send you an email whether successful or not.

Did you receive any emails from your system regarding this?
