Hi, I just installed a demo using Amazon Lightsail.

I had previously installed locally using the same key: this seemed to work but only on http.

I think there is some SSL conflict caused by my having old SSL certificates on my local machine that 3cx has somehow picked up. The symptom is that I can't access the service except through IP address.

When I first connected by Chrome I got certificate error saying that the certificate was invalid and it referred to one of my local certificates. Seems bizarre to me but there you go.

I therefore removed the local certificates

Now connecting to https://ourdomain.3cx.co.uk just gives
This site can’t be reached
ourdomain.3cx.co.uk refused to connect.

I'd really rather start again from scratch but have no idea how to do that.

Thanks for your quick reply. No change I am afraid.
Anyway to dm you our domain name?

Hi @TonyGR

Send it to me if you'd like so i can take a look.

OK solved this with YiannisH's help. The local install had updated that domain to point to 127.0.0.1 so was intercepting requests. Solution is to amend your hosts file [driveletter]:Windows\System32\drivers\etc hosts, look for the domain entry with 3cx in it and remove.
