Solved Standard Edition upgrade custom FQDN

I have just spent most of today trying to renew the ssl certificate files on my 3CX server V16 (standard edition with custom fqdn) and have found that the Nginx server will not restart with the new cert files.
I have done this over the last 4 years with no problem.
Can anyone confirm that this is no longer possible on the Standard version as I have found a reference to this in the blog but not in the documentation.

Custom FQDN is not supported in standard license.
