After one year of 3CX hosting the standard version, must user switch to Pro version?
Is hosting fee available for standard version?

No. Hosting is free for the first year for Standard, and is included in the license cost for Pro/Ent. If you just want to pay for hosting, use any of the approved providers and pay for hosting. You can deploy to them just as easily.

@tony28 as mentioned above hosting is not available for the Standard version after 1st year.
So you will have to update to Pro or Enterprise. Now if you wish to continue with the Standard version of the PBX then yes you will have to switch to On Premise or to your own hosting provider by taking a backup of your hosted by 3cx PBX and restoring it to your new setup.
If you want to avoid all this, you just upgrade your key to Pro before expiration and no further action is needed from your side.
