StartUP PRO - Prioritised Hunt Timer.

Hello,
I have configured a ring group as priority hunt. When I make a call in it rings the first user in the ring group until call is ended.
Is there a way to change the timers before moving on to the next person in the ring group? Or is this option not configurable with StartUP PRO Edition ?

This is not configurable with StartUP. The default ring time is 20 seconds. After 20 seconds it will ring the second user for 20 seconds. This will continue until all users are polled or the caller hangs up.
Make sure that your users are in face members of the ring group and are available to receive calls.
