I need to know, in simple words if 3cx has any plans to access our statistics... apparently other companies are doing that " 3CX Exporter tool that can replicate all 3CX data to SQL or MySQL and then build your own reports, again, using whatever reporting tool you prefer" but I don't know if 3cx review and check if is ok....
In the world of revolution technology it's difficult to believe that the only way it's downloading a CSV... amazing time consuming and chances to mistake... don't take me wrong the 6 points of the landing page are amazing (the reason that I'm using) but in my school we go until 7, and 7 for me it's How the Technology department makes decisions...
