Status following Status scheduler not Calendar sync with office 365 intergration

One of my colleagues who uses the Office 365 calendar sync and specific his own office hours has the following problem;

The status of 3CX does not match my calendar: 3CX says 'do not disturb' even though I have nothing in my calendar at the moment. This happens when my office hours start at 9:00 AM. If there is an appointment immediately at 9:00 am, the status will remain on do not disturb all day. If I start my office time at 08:59, this problem does not occur
