We're having some issues. We changed our domain from .eu to .com and made the change on the step '2. Specify your Website’s URL - Separate multiple Website URLs using a semicolon.'.
It worked well, but then we added 'www.' into our site (that didn't have) and ALSO we updated the plugin (not sure if the problem comes from one or the other)
The issue is that live chat is not working (not showing) and the url on the plugin disappeared. We added www. on the previous mentioned step, and when adding the clik-2-talk link in the plugin, it doesn't save it correctly.
ex. we have https://DOMAIN.on3cx.fr/callus/#name
and when adding it into the plugin, save it and after the page refresh we get this url: https://DOMAIN.on3cx.fr:/callus (note the ':' between '.fr' and '/callus')
so the extension/user disappears and it adds the ':'.
