Hi

All inbound calls don't hit our 3CX server, rather they go to our VOIP providers VM. Our VOIP provider is saying that this is happening becuase the calls can't see our 3CX server.

However,

We have outbound calls via VOIP.
Firewall test passes ok on all ports
All trunks show as connected ok
Broadband is working fine

What could be causing this as everything was working fine and now we have this problem when no changes have been made from our side.

This is one of those situations where you will need to work with the provider. There are only a few reasons - 3CX system is down, firewall is not passing streams or not correctly, trunks are not registered (but look like it as perhaps the registration period had not expired), and/or the carrier is down.

If the call is not hitting your system, then presumably there are no logs to examine to gain a better understanding.

I'm a bit surprised that you have a voicemail service with your VoIP provider when routing the "trunk" into 3CX. Being alerted and accessing any voice-mails must be... "interesting".

I agree, you have to work with your provider. They can tell you why the call did not reach 3CX allowing you to correct any settings.
