striping digits when calling from 3cx phone client (windows)

I have integration with my office 365 acccount which i hold many contacts within. The contacts have been successfully synced however i have " +xx (xxx) xxx xx xx " digit formatting in my contacts. So when i try to call within 3cx phone i get "call failed, destination not found" error. Previously version have striping ddigits options within 3cxphone but right now i am using 14 version and could not strip digits options. i need to tell the 3cxphone client to strip digits +xx which is ok for me but dont know where to do that.

Im Having this same issue, however in regards to sip URIs, seems to be a doom feature of the client.
