Hello,
Our client's PBX system needs to be upgraded to version 20 by August. The client has two remote locations, each with 2-5 phones.
In the current version 18 configuration, all phones are provisioned via RPS and STUN. However, I've read that STUN is no longer supported in version 20, so provisioning phones using this method will not be possible.
I'm concerned about what will happen to these phones when I press 'update to v20'. Will they stop working? I understand that using an SBC is recommended, and I have already set one up at one location, but the other location poses more challenges.
I saw some, posts that there will be no impact, but I want to be sure as the remote location is difficult to reach.
Many thanks.
