STUN SERVER UNREACHABLE

Hello,

I have an issue with a 3CX Version 20 Update 7 ( Build 1060 Release)

As for information everything was working fine
3CX has been installed for several years now.

Am from Mauritius Island
Operator for Internet is Mauritius telecom

My 3CX is connected on a ROUTER that is connected on the Main Operator.
Hence my TP link is used for DHCP and Port Forwarding.


Out of the Blue the STUN SERVER can't be reach.
With Error Messsage as below :



My Public used too changed Everyday Automatically.
As we use Dynamic Public IP.

Now everyday i have to change the IP manually and wait for External access via FQDN to work


Does someone has an idea ??

I also did try to set a Port forwarding for the STUN SERVER but nothing

We have restart the Main Router , the Secondary one and the 3CX also but still nothing.

Are you able to ping or do a tracert to the STUN server from another computer? As I recall, 3CX had/has a number of STUN servers available, not just the one.
