How can I turn off the STUN enabled setting on my Fanvil phones? Each time now the phones re-provision STUN enabled turns back on. Hoping I don't have to delete the config and recreate the phone.

Just upgraded from V18 to V20.

Yes. But, if i deselect the stun it registers fine. I just need to have the phones quit enabling STUN whenever they download cfg.

Try adding or removing a BLF for a user.
Save the changes. Restart their phone.

Does STUN continue to reactivate?

If not, repeat the process for other users.

Done that multiple times. Once I save a change the phone is dead. Even if its a name change. Rebooting the phone doesn't change it. Have to go into the admin of the page to deselect.

The phone was likely configured with STUN when it was on 3CX v18.

Is the phone physically distant from the PBX (on a remote network) or is it on the same network as 3CX?

Try the following:

Remove (delete) the phone from the extension, save, and the phone will no longer sync with 3CX but should also stop reactivating STUN after restarting.
The phone should continue to operate even if it is no longer configured in 3CX.

If the behavior is as expected,

depending on the answer to my question, I will explain how to add it back.
