Solved Subscribe 16 SC or 32 SC ?

Hi;

I am using PRI full channel (23 channel), in order to fully utilize my PRI full channel, should I use 16 SC or 32 SC, or can I use 16SC + 8SC?

If the simultaneous calls count for both internal calls plus external calls? or just external calls? That means, if I have 10 employees making internal calls (local extension to local extension), and 6 employees making outside calls. Does it use all 16SC or just 6SC?

I want to clarify how the SC to be counted?

Hi Kane,

3CX's Licensing is Simultaneous Calls no matter the destination.

You also cannot combine two different licenses to increase your channel count.

So for your scenario you will want a 32SC license if you wish to use the maximum 23 channels available to you.
