Subscribe to forum not working?

I am subscribed to this forum, and expected to receive a notification of each new thread. However, I've only received an email about a new thread maybe 5 times a month, and there are dozens of threads that I am not notified about.

Not sure what to think. Anyone else notice this?

Kindly check in your spam folder if any messages from 3cx forums got blocked.

Hello, thanks for the reply. I have checked my Junk folder, but there are no messages from 3CX there. Note that I am getting some emails (such as the notification when you posted your comment). But I am not getting a notification each time a new thread is started, although I am subscribed to the forum.
