Sudden and excessive memory consumption

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with a 3CX V20. The memory consumption suddenly increases, causing the server to crash. Upon reviewing the history, the system operates at around 20% memory usage, but then it abruptly spikes to 100%, leading to a crash and system downtime. This issue is only resolved after the server experiences a completely disproportionate increase in memory usage. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or could provide guidance on how to address this?"
