Suddenly Unable to Download Recordings

Trying to download recordings today but everytime i get a 'File not found or not accessible' error. It's a debian install and i've ssh'd in and checked the file/folder permissions and they all seem to be correct. The last time i downloaded a recording was on the 13th and it seems to have done an update in the evening on that day so that may be related.

Hi @WebMediafields

If you SSH onto the machine and navigate to the recordings folder, is the recording you are trying to download in the folder?
If it is not then this explains why you cannot download the file as it does not exist.

These started working again on the friday after i made the post. I didn't change anything though so don't know what happened.

I've checked and all recordings between the 13th and 16th show in the list in the admin panel but don't actually exist as files on the server, then they just start again from friday the 17th. Also worth noting the disk space used by the recrodings was showing as 0GB until friday when it showed the correct figuire again.
