It appears the devices like the GrandStream or Patten FXO devices have been removed from the support listings.
Also an example like the Grandstream HT802 FXS - seems to no longer be there.
THought I was going to need a FXO recently - and could not find supported devices.
Customer has an HT802 - and wants to configure. It was not a completely automatic process last time I did one, and required some interaction with the device.

So you don't have this button?

Looks like it's still there to me

And yes, while 3CX is really moving away from gateways because if it's one thing people understand less than VoIP it's gateways. But the page is still there:

https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

Thanks for the link to the page. Agree with the direction for sure. Unfortunately Life is not fair to everyone.
Sort of like having to deal with Dot Matrix printers as long we we did.

Supported devices on the page already posted by @cobaltit should echo the supported listings on the PBX: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

With this being said (at least in the case of Patton) we did see a year or two ago the smartware OS BRI models fall off the list but still have a template in the management console interface - their support is still in question I believe.
