When trying to enable the new GCP storage to do the transcriptions on v20, or even just changing the path of the recording location, we get a "Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator"

We haven't been able to see anything in the logs related to this, but I may not be looking deep enough.

This has happened since the early builds of V20, and still happening with the latest build. We've gone so far as to backup the recordings and purge them (which works).

Even setting the recordings to a new folder location, we get the same error.

Advice?

Hi there.
So your recordings are archived and you wanted to move them back to the local drive where the Phonesystem is installed?

No, I am trying to enable the new GCP API for text to speech, and in troubleshooting that, I’ve been able to get the same error no matter what I do with the recordings.

None of them are archived currently, but I cannot even change the path to another folder on the local drive.

Anyone have any ideas?

How was the PBX installed?
Did you use the 3CX ISO?
Press on your browser F12 and check the console, what is the exact error there?

PBX was installed via ISO on I think v17 originally, may have been 16.

All I get in console is: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()"

In V20 we have upgraded API version of Google, have to followed new guides and recreated the settings? If not, can you please give it a try and see the outcome?
Thank you

Yes, that is what I was originally trying to do, but I have the same failure.

Hence, trying to switch the location at all.

We've held off on upgrading client servers till we can find out what the cause of this is.

So you recreated the integration from start, did you face error there?

Yes, that's where we originally saw the problem. That's when I tried then to move the recordings elsewhere, and found the same error no matter which option we took.

Feel free to open the ticket with us so we can review the logs on this matter, as you should not have an issue if you have done everything in steps what the guide say and if your 3CX System specs and setup meeting the requirements too.
