I am looking to switch to 3CX Hosted versus hosting the servers on Google Cloud. Is there any functionality we are going to lose?

The biggest limitation from my perspective (as a 3rd-Party developer) is the inability to customize 3CX through the Call Flow Designer (CFD), and/or 3rd-Party tools (like our tools). There has been mention of supporting the CFD in the future. Also, the only way to get access to CDR data is via an IP socket connection. The primary challenge of this approach is that if your socket goes down, for any reason, the data that is generated while the socket is down is lost and cannot be recreated. There are other restrictions and I encourage you to take a look at the link provided by @ConceptsWeb above.
