System Extension-Gateway Authentication DID Issue

First--v10 rocks...period. Now to the issue.

I have setup a nonsupported gateway (Cisco AS5350) that is connected to our exisiting PBX giving us hybrid 4 digit access to our existing PBX plus full PSTN while our migration to 3CX goes into full force (for 900+ users). All DIDs work great for extensions I have setup in the admin page for Hard IP SIP Phones and the 3CX Softphone. What I am having difficulty with is setting up a DID for a system extension, e.g. a conferencing system extension. When I try to dial through via an external connection through the assigned DID I get this, Please advise. Thank you...Did I mention 3CX rocks!
