HI,
We are new 3CX users and stand for the implemantion of our fist 3CX PBX telefoon system.
In the preparation of the installation the company who assist use with the installation tod us the number 888 is a reserved system number.

About the hole existing of our compagny we use the number 888.
The complatle factory is filled with notifications: In case of emergency call 888

So our question is for a workaround to keep the emergency number 888

Please tel me there is a way to do so.

888 is the fax extension by default. I have not tried to change it, but you may be able to change it in the Advanced Parameters.

Not sure at all system number extensions can be changed to something else, if I'm not wrong system numbers are hardcoded so change is not allowed

The system numbers unfortunately cannot be changed. However this has been asked before and I'd encourage you to +1 the idea (top right corner of the original post) and give it a read.
