Ok I have not forgotten about this 
The issue is:
german format voice needs way to much work to make it reasonable.
So to cut a long story short, the translations are with 3CX and I believe they will make dutch announcements at some stage (do not know when).
But I will not be able to complete or to continue with this, I been pretty busy with building a 3CX reseller and support network here in AU that takes most of my spare time at the moment.
So if you do not mind I put it on the back burner for the time being.
