T53 router phone registration failed

Hi Support

We have 3cx cloud PBX, however we are not able to register Yealink T53 as a router phone, it consantly displaying registration failed.

I tried 1:1 NAT to this phone, UDP and TCP, without and luck

To make it a router phone you need to have the firmware we provide (older firmware does not have the router function built in)
https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

Upgrade your firmware, and when done simply factory reset the phone and wait for it to come online and auto-configure itself.
