Hi all,
I'm having a slight issue when trying to configure a Yealink T54W as an SBC (Router Phone). Steps taken:
1. installed Firmware from 3CX site, Version 96.86.0.76
2. In the Admin Console, I added a router phone to a user.
It wouldn't provision so I downloaded the latest firmware from Yealink website.
3. I then deleted the phone from 3CX.
4. Factory Reset the phone.
5. Updated the firmware to Version 96.86.0.77
6. Add Router Phone in admin console.
After selecting the model and entering MAC Address I receive the following:
ERROR: Phones: Value already in use.

I've confirmed the phone is not in the Phones tab or associated with an extension.
Currently as it stands the phone cannot be used or setup as router phone which is kind of a problem for us.

If more information/screenshots are required to help assist me in troubleshooting happy to provide.

I neglected to check the SIP Trunks section where the SBC Phone gets placed.

When removing 'Router Phone' ensure you remove it from the 'SIP Trunk' Section.
