I've made an installation of the most recent 3cx and tried to implement tapi for the customer. Unfortunatly
I'm not able to get the multiline tapi to work on the system (win7 and win10) Though I can install it and add the line it won't start a call (even with the windows dialer).
-I got the following to work:
-Install 3cx Phone for windows
-Install Multiline Tapi
-Uninstall Phone for Windows
-Reinstall Phone fo Windows
By doing this I'm afterwards able to open the Windows dialer and make a call.
The customers crm still doesn't work, it can only initialize voip module whitin the software if I leave the dialer open and therefore have a open line. This behavior is different from older versions of the tapi driver since we use this crm with other customers with an older 3cx and it works.
Does somebody have similar problems or a solution?
