I have a test environment to setup and experiment with the 3CX system. The server is a Windows XP (Virtual) and the Gateway is a Linksys SPA-3102. The clients (phones) I am test are just the Softphone. I am able to dialin, auto attendant and most other features but I cannot make outgoing calls. The server log produces the following:

Not sure if this is enough information to go on but any troubleshooting insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

hello,

it's because your configuration doesn't correspond to configuration of pst line of your contry.

what's your country ?

How did you set the 3102 up?
12:25:41.700 [CM503024]: Call(30): Calling PSTNline:12155757000@(Ln.10000@LINK)@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5062]
12:25:41.690 [CM503004]: Call(30): Route 1: PSTNline:12155757000@(Ln.10000@LINK)@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5062
If you followed the 3CX documentation the 3102 should be setup on port 5061 and you seem to have 3CX sending VOIP packets to it on 5062
Check the 3CX status of the 3102 shows as "registered", then check the settings in the 3102 web interface on the "Line 1" tab and match it with what is in 3CX
