I am trying to make the Microsoft Teams integration to 3CX v20 u10 Alpha. We run hosted on the 16SC tier. I am a little concerned because the Teams instructions talk about the need for a certified SBC and both Teams and 3CX instructions talk about a FQDN that falls within my registered domain name. Our hosted system is on -----.--.3cx.us. This is not a domain on our Microsoft implementation, and we aren't using an SBC at all presently. Is there something I'm misunderstanding in the instructions to implement hosted 3CX services?

It is not mandatory to use the same FQDN. This is also clarified exactly here and here.

Thanks, @TheodorosG_3CX ! It must have read it a dozen times without recognizing this item in the instructions!

Navigate to your DNS provider and create a new A record to point to the static Public IP address of your 3CX installation.

Thanks so much for pointing me back to help!
