We have done the 3cx v18 with M365 Teams Direct routing integration and PSTN calls are working fine. For some scenario, Customer wants to dial 3cx extension number from Teams User, but the calls are landing on 3cx with country code instead of only extension number & country code is not removed after we select "remove country code" under E.164 process option. And also there is no option to manage the direct routing trunk inbound & outbound digits. Please advise on the solution to remove the country code from 3cx side/teams on Direct routing SIP Trunk.
Eg: we have received +971237 on 3cx from Teams. we need to remove +971 and connect to extension 237.
