Template for Grаndstrеаm GXP2130/2140/2160

Does anybody has a template or link to template for new Grаndstreаm phones GXP-2130/2140/2160 ?
Earlier there was one on vendor's webpage, but probably deleted or moved.

Were you ever able to get these to work? We're testing the 2130 and they will not provision in V12 with or without that template and the latest firmware. It shows up in the console, and can be assigned to a new extension but never actually provisions.

Also, I don't see why GS keeps these files from end users?

Thanks for that! I installed per the instructions, but we still can't get these to provision at all.

They are set to use the same option 66 url as our other 1405's, and they boot up and show up in the unassigned phones console, but after we assign them to a new extension or existing, nothing happens. No reboot or anything. We can reboot them, and they show up again as unassigned. the only evidence that they are hitting the PBX is the following notation in the logs:

New SIP device is on-line: MAC:000B8264F0D1; ip=10.0.0.70; contact=sip:10.0.0.70:5080

The above phone is assigned to a valid extension, and if I add a 1405 to that extension it provisions immediately.

All the phones have 1.0.4.21 firmware and our PBX is 12.0 SP6.1

Grandstream has taken the effort out of this, they make templates for 3CX, but you need to sign up to be a Grandstream reseller, that part is free. After you do so, it'll be on their reseller portal under marketing materials. It also allows you to submit a case and then call them as they won't allow callins for non-resellers.

Those are discontinued Grandstream phones, the newer models do not have 3CX provided templates. If you have those phones currently and are thinking of switching to 3CX, they will work yes, we have some customers who have those series of phones and have no issues.

Grandstream support is good. They have provided me with 3cx templates over at their forum (see my thread here on the GXP 1620/1625). Just go over there and ask.
