Hello !

I just installed 3CX on a Raspberry Pi 3 behind my FAI all-in-one router (Box plus SFR)

On the firewall test, I get " testing port 5060... full cone test failed " error.

Here is my NAT config

I cannot use external ports 5060 because it is reserved (the router probably use it for the phone. Is it why I have trouble with it, can I use another port instead ?

How can I get everything to work ?

Thanks !

You'll find attach a sanitized pcap capture of the test, captured on the raspberry pi interface (delete the txt extension). Please note that 192.168.79.92 is my laptop and should be filtered out.

Did you do the installation? If so you should have seen something like slide 15 on this page:

https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/basic/installing/

Where is says to choose a free port. If 5060 is not free, you should probably choose another.

Yes SFR as others public provider use 5060 for their SIP phone number on their boxes. So you just need to reinstall using another one SIP port , firewall checker will always fail on sip port in that case as it check only the 5060

Thank you both for your answers !

So if I understand well, the NAT has to use the same external port as the one used by 3CX in order to work properly ?

yes of course
