The 3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server service turning off

Hi all,

Hope all is well!

I am facing an issue from time to time were the SIP server service on the Windows server were 3cx is installed stops.

Since the service stops then the SIP connection cannot be made so users are not able to make or receive calls.

The event viewer event id is: 7036

Which usually this event is recorded for several services when the computer is powered on. The reason for this is that various services may perform certain tasks at startup and once done they will stop by themselves. Which does not make any sense as the server is not being rebooted.

Is it happening to someone else?

First thing to do is ensure you're running the latest 3CX.

Then I would use MSCONFIG to do a clean boot excluding your 3CX services.

See how it runs.

Also, check your system resources including disk space.

Did you install other services then 3CX on this machine?

Will do a clean reboot. 3cx is the latest version and i have disk space left.

No, the normal 3cx installation.

For now, I've set the services to restart if they fail.

I will monitor it and will try to check what maybe the cause of this.
