The Live Chat box shows "Chat is not available at the moment"

I have a live chat installed using Live Chat code generator, the chat box works until last month. but it stop working and shows this "Chat is not available at the moment". What could be the cause of the issue?

Check your office hours, this happens when you don't have then set up or all your destinations are set to End Call.

The Office hours looks fine to me, but still the problem persists.

are you pointing the chat to an extension or a queue? if you are using a queue check there are agents logged in.

How do you point the chat to an extension or a queue? and how an agent can log in?
