Currently getting this error when I try to make the call out of teams -

Our current Direct Routing is working - The SBC is showing that it is active and fully working. ( Network Effectiveness is reading back in - Average Call TLS SIP are all active and working)

We are receiving calls inbound with no issues - but every time trying to call out we get the error attached below.

Any help would be huge.

Do you get this message only when trying to call an External Number from your Teams client, or also when you try to call another 3CX Extension that is not synced with Teams?

ensure that your outbound rules cater for TO dialled numbers in + format (e164).
If your sip trunk provider does not like to call numbers in this format, you must perform maybe some operations to strip the numbers down to a 10 digit number plan.

For example:
First Rule (National Dialing US)
Starting with --> +1
Strip Digits --> 2

Second Rule (International Calls)
Stating with --> +
Strip Digits --> 1
Prepend --> 011

I get this no matter the extension or the number - seems like every outbound call is unable to connect.

Then the issue is that the trunk connection from MS to 3CX cannot be created.

The 2 most common issues are:
a) Your DNS Record of the entered FQDN does not point to your 3CX
b) The cert you have uploaded does not match the FQDN entered, has the wrong intermediate or is a wild card
