I wonder if you find any solution ?

The problem is I receive the error <<The SMTP server does not support authentication.>> either with Gmail, Office 365 or Outlook.com.

Custom SMTP are working.

Do you have active maintenance on your licence? Are you on the latest 3CX version? Try refreshing your licence details and see if you get an error. Also did your public IP change recently?

Is traffic to port 2528 allowed on the firewall? Can you completely bypass the firewall as a test and see if that works?

I cant bypass the firewall as it's a physical appliance.
I will try to bypass proxies for the PBX IP.
The port 2528 has to be openned for incoming or outbound traffic ?
