Solved Thinktel's Toronto SIP Gateway is on the "Global 3CX IP Blacklist"

As soon as i enable "Automatic Global 3CX IP Blacklist" my tunnel stops functioning.

As soon as i disable it, starts functioning again.

Same here, please whitelist supported providers... this was a huge headache for us last 2 days

That would be dependent on the providers giving 3CX the IPs and then letting them know when they are updated. We always whitelist all of our trunks to avoid issues, as we've had even local EMTAs act up and get blocked before.

Thank you for reporting this. The IP has been removed from the global blacklist. It will take a few hours for the change to reach all systems but after that you should be fine.
