Track phone location!

According to the title, I have been searching for a method to do that. I would like to track someone's phone location. I'm not how legal is this to track another person without their concern. But if there a way I will do that.

If you use that kind of apps please let me know. I would like to try. Thanks!

Is this question even related to 3CX, or the 3CX App, as neither provide any sort of tracking of a device.
