I've read this -> https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...allow-managers-to-listen-to-each-other.55893/

However my situation is a bit different:
Customer has a trainee (ext201), they want to listen to calls being made, specifically from (ext100).
Other calls should not be listened in to.

I understand I can separate that with groups and rights, but here is the issue -> ext100 also talks to the CEO (ext101) and HR (ext102) about sensitive information. The trainee should not be able to listen in to these calls. e.q.: If 100 calls 101, 201 should NOT be able to listen.

Please advise on this.

So, extensions 101, 102 and 100 should not have the right Show calls to group members.

If these users do not show their calls, then 201 can't perform any call action on those extensions.

The OP wants to allow someone to barge in, etc - but only if the other side is not specific extensions. I.e. you can only barge in if I am not talking to these specific people.

I don't think that's possible in 3CX natively. Certainly a custom service could be written to do this, but not in 3CX itself.
