Tranfer calls to ring group shows missed called after someone answers

we are seening this happens when a call is transferred to a ring group and someone answers the other group members are getting a miss called notification?? any idea why this is happening

This is the expected behavior of a ring group. Call queues have to be used to prevent this.

Just to add to what @Frederick Marcoux said, if a call reaches a Ring Group and a member of that Ring Group answers, then, other members of the Ring Group may or may not get a Missed Call notification depending on the situation and the Ring Strategy used. If for instance your Ring Group is configured with the "Ring All" Ring Strategy, and a member of that Ring Group answers the call, then no missed call notification will be received by any of the other members as the call is considered to be answered. However, the same would not apply if using a different Ring Strategy such as Prioritized Hunt, as, members of the Ring Group who ring but did not answer the call, will receive a missed call notification once another member answers the call. This, as mentioned by @Frederick Marcoux, is indeed expected behavior when using Ring Groups.
