Transcription for deaf

Hello guys,

I need your help, one of my client has a deaf person and she would like to have on live a transcription of what the others on the phone are saying so she she can easely read it on her screen and answer on the phone.

Hi there.
Unfortunately, we don't have such a feature that can transcribe your calls live.
We do have a feature that can be transcribed after the call/voicemail is recorded.

Ok thank you, is there any external solution that we can mix with 3cx to make it work ?
