Transfer Certifications from old email account with 3CX

Hi all,

I need assistance transferring all my certification from another email account I have with 3CX, that I no longer have access to.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

The only option to transfer the certification to another email address is to change the 3CX account email.
If you do not have access to the old email address, unfortunately, it would not be possible to apply the change.

Might there be a way to transfer them from one registred account to another, i recently got the certificats on my personal email account but would like to transfer them to my professional account which has already been linked to a partner account.

It is possible to transfer certificates from one account to another.
To achieve this, you need to change your 3CX account email.
Log in to the portal.3cx.com, then navigate to the menu on the top right-hand side, and access My Account section. Change the email and this will transfer all registered subscriptions and certifications to the new email address.

Or just take them under the new account. You already passed them once.
