transfer owner or something

Hi,

I received an email early April or May stating that I need to transfer ownership in order to use the free license for 5 of my user. I read something about we cannot use our client email as the owner or something and need to transfer it to their [email protected] or something. Can someone let me know how to transfer ownership so I can be complainant with the license.

Back in March 2023 you would have received a heads up on the pop-up notifications coming to the Web Client for all users of incorrectly registered 4 SC FREE Subscriptions. This has now been implemented. To register your account correctly follow these steps.

I still don't get it how to login to the web client. Do you mean I have to login to https://login.3cx.com account? or login to the webclient of the site? I don't see where there is a popup when i login to the user admin login. please advise..
