Solved Transferring chats

Hello,

I have the free WordPress plugin chat and I don't know how to transfer a chat to a different agent who is best suited for the user's question.

How do I transfer chats to other people?

@benbb if you have your WordPress plugin configured with 3CX, then from WebClient you can "Take" the Conversation if it is delivered to a queue or immediately "Transfer" if it is on extension.

There will be in the WebClient on the chat conversation listing and on top Right corner action buttons to "Take" or to "Transfer"

Hi,

As Constantinos said, you can have this feature if you use it in 3CX (rather than Standalone you are using now)


Once you handle the chats from inside the 3CX Webclient of your extension, then you will be able to transfer chats.
