Transferring extension not captured in survey csv file

Hello,
I created a survey in 3CX CFD which asks the caller to rate between 1 and 5. I set the results to be saved on a csv file. Whenever a call comes in, after the rating the transferring extension remains blank however other fields such as caller, time and the rating are saved correctly. ny remedy for this? It's a 4SC pro edition
